Installation and welding of water and steam pipework
Installation and maintenance of ID and FD fans
Installation and maintenance of conveyors and associated equipment
Pressure testing boiler (to 60bar) and steam pipework
Placing Siemens power island (turbine/condensor) onto piled plinth
Installation and maintenance of filtration system
Boiler face/tube cleaning and replacement of boiler tubes
In-situ steel and ceramic repairs to burners and residence chambers
In-situ replacement of steel walking grate slats
Mechanical maintenance of walking floor
Clearing wood/clinker/ash blockages inside burners
